Within Singapore
- All items are mailed out via Singapore Post’s standard mail service.
A) Normal Mail
- We offered free normal postage for all items.
- We will send out the items within 24 hours after payment is received. Please note that items can take between 2-3 working days (excluding Weekends / Public Holidays) to be delivered.
- However, parcels may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, such as festive seasons or human error and may take longer than the stipulated time period. All these causes of delays are beyond our control.
B) Registered Mail
- Registered Postage – An additional of $2.25 on top of normal postage.
- Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation with the Registered Article no. (RA) of your parcel. The Ra no. allows you to track your parcel status with Singapore Post here.
- Singapore Post will drop you a notification letter if delivery is unsuccessful, i.e. no one to collect the parcel at the doorstep. You may then follow the instructions on the letter to arrange a redelivery on the next working day or self collect at your nearest Singapore Post Office within the time period.
- We will send out the items within 24 hours after payment is received. Please note that items can take between 2-3 working days (excluding Weekends / Public Holidays) to be delivered.
Shipping Method Disclosure
We will not be held liable for any lost parcel through a shipping method with non-tracking capability. We strongly advise local shopper to opt for registered shipping method
Shipping International
- All Lizzie-Shop’s parcels are outsourced to Singapore Post.
- International shipping is charged on a the weight of the parcel via Air Mail (Standard Delivery). Charges are based upon the total weight of your purchase.
